About this application

Personal Google Drive Connector is a private, non-commercial desktop integration used by Petro Konokhov to access his own Google Drive through rclone. It is not offered as a service to the public.

Google user data accessed

The connector may access Google Drive file and folder metadata, file content, and Google Docs files authorized by the signed-in user.

How data is used

Access is used only to perform file operations initiated by the user, including listing, reading, downloading, creating, uploading, editing, renaming, moving, and deleting files and folders.

Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling, analytics, or training machine-learning models.

Data sharing and transfer

The connector communicates directly between rclone on the user's device and Google APIs. No server operated by the application owner receives Google Drive content or OAuth tokens.

Google user data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties, except where required by law.

Storage, protection, and retention

OAuth credentials and tokens are stored locally in the user's rclone configuration. Files or metadata may also be cached locally according to the user's rclone settings. Data is protected by the device's operating-system access controls and is transmitted to Google over encrypted HTTPS connections.

Local credentials and cached data remain until the user disconnects the rclone remote or removes the corresponding local configuration and cache.

User control and deletion

Access can be revoked at any time from Google Account third-party connections. The user can then remove the rclone remote, configuration, and any local cache from the device.

This application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Material changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
